Mirabelle Restaurant At Three Village Inn Introduces Eight-Course Tasting Menu

Mirabelle Restaurant at the Three Village Inn (150 Main Street, Stony Brook, NY (631) 751-0555 www.threevillageinn.com) now offers an eight-course tasting menu created by Chef Guy Reuge during dinner hours.

Cost of the special is $80 or $130 with wine flight. The menu is not limited to the whole party but it is recommended. A sample menu includes:

Roasted bacon-wrapped loin of rabbit with carrot emulsion
Raw hamachi, chilled fennel-carrot shooter, preserved lemon, cold-pressed olive oil, Brittany salt, fennel salad
Pan-seared halibut, tomatillo salsa, creamy clam sauce, butter poached ramp and fennel ragout
Pan-seared foie gras, cherries, toasted almonds, mache, Sherry vinegar
Pan-roasted Painted Hills Farm beef fillet, morel Port sauce, leek potato cream, potato mille-feuille
Selection of three artisan cheeses
Sorbet
Special dessert selected by the chef
