St. Patrick's Day Beer Tasting at Three Village Inn

Legendary and award-winning Chef Guy Reuge of Three Village Inn (150 Main Street, Stony Brook, NY 11790 [631] 751-0555 www.threevillageinn.com) will serve a St. Patrick's Day Beer Tasting Dinner on Tuesday, March 17 from 5 to 10 p.m.

The traditional Irish feast will be accompanied by a flight of three Irish beers. Cost of the menu is $45 per person plus tax and gratuity. The menu is as follows:

Appetizer

* Leek and Potato Soup
* Crab and Salmon Salad with Sauce Vert
* Honeydew Melon and Prosciutto, Parsley Scented Oil
Paired with Seamus Sly Fox, Irish Red Ale

Salad
Medley of Green Baby Salads

Main Course
(Choice of one)
* Corned Beef, Cabbage, Sausage, Potatoes and Horseradish
* Halibut, Pickled Swiss Chard, Creamy Polenta, Beet Vinaigrette
* Irish Chicken Stew with Dumplings and Vegetables
Paired with Guinness Stout

Dessert
(Choice of one)
* Oatmeal Cookies with Pistachio Cream
* Irish Soda Bread, Vanilla Ice Cream
* Green Apple Galette
Paired with Magner 5, Irish Hard Apple Cider

Kids' Night Pizza at Nick and Toni's and Wednesdays and Thursdays
