Mirabelle Tavern Offers $39 Father's Day Prix Fixe Dinner

Mirabelle Tavern at Three Village Inn (150 Main Street, Stony Brook, NY 11790 [631] 751-0555 www.threevillageinn.com) will offer a Father's Day prix fixe dinner on Sunday, June 21 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Cost is $39 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A children's menu will also be available. Reservations are required. The menu, created by Chef Guy Reuge, is as follows:

FIRST COURSE
Gazpacho
Salad Lyonnaise, Frisse, Bacon, Poached Farm Egg
Heirloom Tomato Salad with Basil and Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese ($3 add)
Braised Pork Belly, Corn and Fava Bean Ragout

MAIN COURSE
Scottish Salmon, Pink Radishes, Mixed Beet Fricasse, Lemon Scented Oil
Seared Black Angus Shell Steak, Twice Baked Potato, Chanterelle Sauce, Tomato Provencal ($5 add)
Roasted Rack of Lamb, Ratatouille, Fried Onion Rings
Roasted Prime Rib Spring Vegetable Medley, Herb Scented Sauce

DESSERT
Apple Tart
Strawberry Shortcake
Raspberry Tart
Chocolate Molten Cake

Kids' Night Pizza at Nick and Toni's and Wednesdays and Thursdays
