Peak Organic Ales Beer Dinner At Mirabelle Tavern

Chef Guy Reuge of Mirabelle Tavern (Three Village Inn, 150 Main Street, Stony Brook, NY 11790 [631] 751-0555 www.threevillageinn.com) presents a beer dinner on Thursday, June 18 featuring Peak Organic Ales (www.peakbrewing.com) brewed in Portland, Maine.

Peak Organic Ales owner Michael Cadoux will be on-hand to discuss the menu pairings and featured brews. The five-course dinner costs $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required. The menu is as follows:

Pretzel Crusted Bass with Mussels and Beer Braised Cabbage

Fried Oysters, Orange Coriander Vinaigrette, Grits, Shaved Fennel Fondue

Crispy Quail, Blue Corn Waffle, Fried Green Tomato

Roasted Leg of Lamb, White Beans and Garlic Confit

Dessert Trio
