Peak Organic Ales owner Michael Cadoux will be on-hand to discuss the menu pairings and featured brews. The five-course dinner costs $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required. The menu is as follows: Pretzel Crusted Bass with Mussels and Beer Braised Cabbage Fried Oysters, Orange Coriander Vinaigrette, Grits, Shaved Fennel Fondue Crispy Quail, Blue Corn Waffle, Fried Green Tomato Roasted Leg of Lamb, White Beans and Garlic Confit Dessert Trio Peak Organic Ales featured: Peak Organic Brewing Company is a small brewing company dedicated to making delicious beer using the world's best ingredients.
