Captain Lawrence Brewing Company Tasting Dinner at Mirabelle Tavern

Chef Guy Reuge of Mirabelle Tavern (Three Village Inn, 150 Main Street, Stony Brook, NY 11790 [631] 751-0555 www.threevillageinn.com) presents a tasting dinner on Thursday, July 23 featuring beers from Captain Lawrence Brewing Company (99 Castleton Street, Pleasantville, NY 10570 [914] 741-BEER www.captainlawrencebrewing.com).

Chef Guy Reuge of Mirabelle Restaurant

Reservations are recommended beginning at 5:30 p.m. Brewmaster and owner of Captain Lawrence Brewing Company, Scott Vaccaro will be on-hand to discuss the menu pairings and featured brews. The five-course dinner costs $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The menu is as follows:

Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms
Lobster Salad and Pickled Chanterelles

Braised Baby Octopus
Preserved Lemon and Roasted Tomato

Oxtail and Chorizo Ragout
Herbed Gnocchi Epazote

Grass-Fed Grilled Flat-Iron Steak
Miso Corn Puree and Glazed Carrots

Farmhouse Stilton
Black Mission Figs

Featuring:
Sun Block Wheat, Extra Gold, Imperial IPA, Smoked Porter, St. Vincent Dubbel

After the tasting dinner, guests may also stay overnight at Three Village Inn for $125. The special offer is based on double occupancy and includes full breakfast for two on Friday morning.
