Ladles Of Love Benefit For East End Food Pantry Network

In an effort to fill the empty shelves at local food pantries, John Kowalenko and Cheryl Stair of Art of Eating and Hampton Event Management International (HEMI) (74 Montauk Hwy, Amagansett, NY 11932 [631] 267-3312) presents "Ladles of Love" Fundraiser (www.ladlesoflove.com) benefiting the East End Food Pantry Network including food pantries in Southampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Springs and Montauk.

The event will be held on Monday, August 3rd at Principi Farm (551 Montauk Highway, Amagansett, NY 11932). The concert takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. and will feature performances by Bastards of Boom, Great Caesar's Ghost, The Surf Dogs and a surprise headlining act. VIP and VVIP ticket holders are invited to a pre-show food and wine tasting tent from 5 to 7 p.m. featuring signature dishes from East End restaurants paired with local wine and beer. Current list of VIP participants include; Art of Eating Catering, Dark Horse Catering, Thyme and Again, Wolffer Estate Vineyards, Exquisite Foods, Runaways, Babettes, Hampton Coffee, Southampton Publick House, Wildthyme, Stuart's Seafood Market, Gurneys, Foody's, Taste of the North Fork and The Seafood Shop. All leftover food from the food and wine tasting tent will be donated to the food pantries immediately after the event. The public is encouraged to bring non-perishable foods that will be collected at the entryway (goal is 10,000 lbs.).

Tickets go on sale July 11th and levels include:

VVIP Table ($10,000) - tables will be located in the VVIP lounge inside the VIP tent just off the stage; on-site preferred parking close to the VIP tent and a golf cart shuttle ride from the VIP tent to preferred parking area; access to VIP tent for two-hour tasting; ten tickets to the show; stage front seating in special access "Velvet Rope" VVIP area; private bar and table service in the "Velvet Rope" section; light table food fare with waiter table service; limited edition VVIP field chair and concert t-shirt; half-page thank you advertisement in Ladles of Love fundraiser journal; ten complimentary event journals; special meet and greet opportunity with the talent backstage; and access to the air-conditioned luxury restroom trailer. VIP ($250) - admission to VIP tent for two-hour tasting; seating in reserved VIP area; preferred parking on-site close to VIP tent; access to the air-conditioned luxury restroom trailer; limited edition concert t-shirt; and complimentary event journal.

Preferred Admission ($75) - admission to preferred seating area; complimentary event journal; complimentary t-shirt; and on-site parking.

General Admission ($50) - concert field seating and on-site parking.

All profits from the event will be donated to the East End Food Pantry Network. Food pantries that will benefit include: Sacred Heart Church in Southampton, Mother Theresa Outreach Center in Montauk, East Hampton Food Pantry, Sag Harbor Food Pantry, St. Anne's Episcopal Church in Bridgehampton, Wainscott Food Pantry, Amagansett Food Pantry (in formation) and Springs Community Presbyterian Church in Springs.
