Summer Prix Fixe at Red/Bar

Red/bar brasserie (210 Hampton Road, Southampton, NY 11968, [631] 283-0704 or www.redbarbrasserie.com) offers a nightly summer prix fixe till 6:30 p.m. when orders must be placed, every night except Saturday and holidays.

Executive Chef Erik Nodeland's menu features two courses of a selected appetizer and entree at $26; or three courses of an appetizer, entree and dessert at $29.
